IPA Student Scholarship

Purpose

The scholarship is to support pharmacy education of IPA student members and to encourage continued active participation within IPA during pharmacy school and as career pharmacists. Involvement within IPA is defined as active participation and support of the following: annual trade show, comedy night, casino night, membership engagement, and any other IPA sponsored events.

Criteria

Applicant must:

Be enrolled in an accredited pharmacy school
Have a GPA≥3.0 and be in good academic standing at a school/college of pharmacy in California.
Be actively engaged in any of the following activities: health fairs, student organizations, IPA events, advocacy efforts, leadership roles, and community focused events
Complete application by deadline to qualify

Award Information

5 Finalists will receive a $1,000 Scholarship and be named IPA Student Leadership Scholars.
1 Overall Winner will be chosen as the IPA Student Leader of the Year and receive an ADDITIONAL $5,000 Scholarship (for a total of $6,000)!
